The sphere is used to increase the oxygenation of the wine.

It is in silver metal, looks like a small globe of about 40.00 mm in diameter built entirely of metal, the surface of which is characterized by numerous fairly deep and carefully silvered grooves.

Instructions for use:

It rests on the mouth of the decanter and pouring the wine on it forces it to pass through the appropriate grooves; a considerable contact surface is created between the wine itself and the silvering of the furrows, in this way a particular chemical-physical reaction is obtained which favors the volatilization of sulfur dioxide, which can naturally form in many wines during the aging.

In this way, all those annoying odors that can alter a serious olfactory examination are eliminated and furthermore the beginning of oxygenation is promoted which is then completed more completely within the decanter.

The small handle can be removed, so the "sphera" can become a particularly elegant cap for many types of decanters.

The sphera is sold in an elegant package.
