Question

Hello I need 350 glasses till next thursday! Can you guys send me this amount to switzerland to till 16.09.2021?

Answer

Certainly, we can ship to Switzerland, but the estimated delivery time is about 1 week because of customs (clearance). Since you are in a hurry, I can suggest shipping them to the border with Italy, and you can go and collect them yourself and take care of the customs clearance.

Bar A.

A lot of the cups were damaged(broken scraped, broken in two, ...) beyond repair. I ordered 25, 16 are usable(some have scrape marks)... So pretty dissapointing..

Answer:

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but they must have been broken during transportation.
