Purtroppo 2 bicchieri sono arrivati rotti anche se l'imballo era perfetto. Sono stati forse messi nella scatola già filatiI bicchieri sono carini ma la saldatura è molto evidente, però ho acquistato il prodotto base onestamente Avendo fatto tardi il reclamo, oltre il tempo consentito, mi hanno proposto un buono di 4 euro, che non accetterò perché il limite di spesa è alto e non ha senso per me affrontare un'altro acquisto.Comunque il centro assistenza è stato gentile e hanno risposto subito

La merce è sempre controllata prima di spedire. purtroppo ci hai inviato la segnalazione dopo quasi 1 mese dalla consegna e in questo caso non effettuiamo la sostituzione gratuita, a titolo eccezionale ti abbiamo inviato un buono sconto per il controvalore che potrai usare nel prossimo acquisto. c'è un minimo di 6 calici, non mi sembra così alto.
