If you receive a product damaged during transport, send us a photo within 3 days from delivery at [email protected] and we will arrange a free replacement within 2 days.

Small and Medium Fragile Packages

Fragile items are packed in strong double-wall cardboard boxes with highly resistant bubble wrap inside, sealed with INTORNO AL VINO tape and marked with FRAGILE tape for extra safety.
Large Fragile Packages
e.g. pallets of glass and crystal stemware
Heavier and more fragile products are packed in reinforced cardboard boxes placed on sturdy pallets with protective corner guards. Everything is wrapped multiple times with protective film and sealed with INTORNO AL VINO tape and FRAGILE tape for complete protection during transport.
